Responsibilities
Implement and enforce standardized methodologies, templates, and tools across IT
Monitor and evaluate project performance, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure timely delivery
Manage the IT portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and business strategies
Balance resource allocation to optimize the delivery of prioritized projects
Develop and present reports on portfolio performance, project status, and resource utilization to the IT Leadership Team
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Analysts, ensuring professional growth and high performance
Identify opportunities to streamline project management and testing processes. Provide oversight on test case management, defect tracking, and metrics reporting to ensure accountability and continuous improvement
Foster a collaborative team culture and promote best practices in business analysis and project management
Collaborate with business stakeholders to establish and operate within the defined project prioritization framework
Oversee implementing and maintaining automated testing tools and frameworks, ensuring scalability and alignment with organizational needs
Establish robust governance for testing, including creating and managing standardized test templates, comprehensive testing libraries for all SAP modules, and documentation to ensure consistent application across projects
Align with the internal controls for governance around testing
Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, ensuring clear project goals and progress communication
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
7+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or portfolio management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven experience in PMO operations, managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects
Strong knowledge of testing automation tools and methodologies
Proficient in portfolio management tools and techniques
Preferred
Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or a related field
PMP qualification preferred
Experience in implementing enterprise-level testing automation solutions
SAP experience preferred
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
