The CSBB Strategic Execution Program Manager is responsible for the strategy, planning, and end to end execution of internal events and programs across the Consumer and Small Business Bank
The role ensures that the recognition initiatives and program are thoughtfully designed, flawlessly executed, and aligned to business priorities, teammate engagement and the Truist culture and brand
Lead and execute internal events across the Consumer and Small Business Bank. Ensuring alignment with business priorities, leadership objectives, and a consistent teammate experience

Preferred

Experience in strategy consulting / strategic planning roles
Deep knowledge of consumer / small business / direct banking
Proven ability to collaborate across organizational siloes
Ability to lead by influence
Competitive Intelligence: Support strategy and initiatives by providing competitive insights and analysis
