Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing operational procedures and workflows

Monitor and track operational performance, identifying and resolving issues promptly

Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation for compliance and reporting

Conduct functional, usability, and regression testing on products and features

Perform daily sanity checks and assist in automated and manual testing processes

Document test results, report defects, and collaborate with development teams for resolution

Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback for continuous improvement

Collect and analyze operational and testing data to identify trends and improvement areas

Prepare reports on KPIs, defect rates, and operational efficiency for management review

Recommend process enhancements for both operations and testing workflows

Required

1–3 years of experience in operations or QA/testing roles

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools

Technical proficiency in multi-user systems

Customer service and/or internal Help Desk-type experience

Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a high-activity environment
