Stellar Talent LLC is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead on-site construction operations. The role involves partnering closely with the Project Manager to ensure high-quality project delivery while maintaining safety and budget requirements.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Project Manager to manage daily and long-term project activities

Develop a strong understanding of project strategy, financial goals, schedules, and milestones

Oversee all daily field operations, including site safety (OSHA-compliant), construction progress, quality control, and site cleanliness

Coordinate and manage multiple trades on-site through effective planning and stand-up meetings

Communicate effectively with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors

Ensure safety is integrated into planning and execution for both self-perform and subcontracted work

Establish and enforce site controls across all trades

Confirm subcontractor layout as work progresses

Manage punch lists and oversee project closeout processes

Complete daily Autodesk updates, including field reports, photos, and quality documentation
