Responsibilities
Performs final assembly and tests on all products
Independently operates and tests computer-controlled devices and perform detailed problem solving
Supports Manufacturing Engineering and R&D with the testing of new products as required
Use detailed troubleshooting skills at system assembly levels on all products. Diagnosing the problem, get to root cause and giving feedback to Manufacturing Engineering
Improves product reliability by working with Manufacturing Engineering and attending meetings as required
Train Product Builders and other Technicians, and other internal and external customers as required
Follows procedures from work instructions and has detailed knowledge of how instructions and drawings are used
Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering personnel to review process instructions and procedures to improve the process
Provides support for Capital Equipment Manufacturing, Repair Operations, Manufacturing Engineering and any other internal customer as required
Performs and explains the testing of products during a tour, inspection or audit
Qualification
Required
1 year of experience with a high school diploma/degree/equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education/work experience
