The Allocator will be responsible for strategic management of merchandise, inventory optimization, and actionable reporting and analysis, collaborating with the Planning and Global Merchandising team to support the Outlet business.

Responsibilities
Oversee weekly reorders, store inventory movement, and monthly initial allocations
Allocate merchandise at style/color/size level based on strategy, current trend and historical data
Work on execution of inter-store transfers and returns to warehouse
Prepare and analyze weekly selling and inventory reports to understand any shifts in business and communicate to management
Create and maintain weekly allocation, shipping reports and track all open orders
Coordinate with warehouse team, store teams, and visual merchandising team to create seamless product flow
Monitor sales and update management on replenishment strategy for all key items, programs, and classifications
Project monthly orders from warehouse to stores (including ecommerce)
Monitor inventory levels in warehouse and stores, update management on inventory position, and suggest actions plans to maximize efficiency and sales
Prepare and analyze monthly inventory projections
Qualification
Required
3-4+ years of experience in Inventory, Allocation, or Planning
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Merchandising or related field
High level of experience and proficiency in Excel
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Mathematical proficiency with strong business and financial acumen
Superior written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate across all levels of management
Strong sense of teamwork to coordinate with many cross-functional partners
High degree of accountability and attention to detail
Ability to flex across shifting priorities
Strong sense of urgency and accuracy
