Responsibilities

Perform administration of the production stockroom, maintaining inventory levels, requisitioning, receiving of inventory and heavy data entry

Maintain accurate records of all maintenance parts, supplies, and tools

Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials

Perform regular cycle counts and full physical inventories

Track inventory usage and adjust stock levels to support maintenance activities

Identify slow-moving or obsolete parts and recommend disposition

Coordinate returns, warranty claims, or repairs of defective parts

Ensure parts availability for scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance tasks

Maintain organized inventory areas, bins, shelves, and tool storage systems

Assist in updating CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) with part usage, costs, and stock levels
