Responsibilities
Performs analyses regarding financial and/or operational performance on such issues as productivity, operational statistics, cost trends, and revenue trends
Maintains analysis models and assists with assigned projects by performing, analyzing, and tracking financial, statistical, and computer modeling techniques to support department recommendation
Reviews financial plans for completeness and consistency with established objectives and priorities to include monitoring accomplishments of plans
Designs, develops and executes self-audit applications to identify control weaknesses and compliance reporting
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, finance or related discipline required
Four (4) years' experience in financial analysis, financial planning, business consulting, project management, accounting, audit or operational analysis
Strong software, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills necessary to present and explain complex and/or confidential information
Time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills required as well as maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy to achieve daily assignments and goals
Ability to analyze, review, and make recommendations to leadership
Preferred
Leads, manages and analyzes complex financial, strategic projects or initiatives; identifies new opportunities with the application of finance and revenue management concepts to customer segments and products/services to improve revenue and profitability
