Responsibilities
Develop a business plan for the Practice
Lead the design and implementation of AI, Data and Analytics solutions that meet the client's business objectives and requirements
Manage the delivery of AI, data, and analytics projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and expectations, and providing solutions that meet or exceed them
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating proposals, bids, and contracts for data and analytics services
Contribute to the growth and innovation of our data and analytics practice, developing new offerings, capabilities, and methodologies
Lead and mentor AI & data analytics team member(s), providing guidance, feedback, and coaching
Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in AI, Data and Analytics and share best practices and insights with the team and the company
Present at Customer and Industry events
All other duties, as assigned
Qualification
Required
Proven track record of delivering successful AI, Data and Analytics projects, from inception to completion, in various verticals
Strong knowledge and skills in data and analytics tools and technologies, such as SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI, AWS, Azure, Snowflake, etc
Experience working with artificial intelligence (AI) models
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to understand client needs and provide value-added solutions
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and collaborate with others
Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
At least 10 years of experience in data and analytics, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role
