Responsibilities
Ensure branch activities are aligned with the broader regional strategies set forth by regional management
Collaborate with other branch managers to share best practices, leverage resources, and collectively achieve regional targets
Promote and represent Visions within the local community. Create good public relations
Establish and maintain high standards of performance, professionalism, and member service within the branch
Accountable for team output and delivering team goals
Inspire team to perform through effective communication, motivation, and leading by example
Foster an inclusive work environment for team members to be respected, valued, and empowered to contribute their ideas
Monitor and ensure branch operations are compliant with applicable rules and regulations
Obtain and maintain a NMLS license & Registry, with requirement for Notary Public license
Certified and perform Medallion Signature Guarantee requests
Provides departmental back-up coverage as needed
Respond effectively to changing ideas, responsibilities, expectations, trends, strategies, and other processes

Perform other duties needed to help fulfil our mission, drive our strategy, and support our organization’s values
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant experience or 7-10 years of relevant experience in Financial Services in lieu of degree
At least 3 years of supervisory experience
Must obtain notary license within 1 year of acceptance of role
Must be able to learn and perform all functions within branch environment
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite programs
Proficient with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, PCs, etc
Preferred
Preferred previous leadership experience in branch or financial institution
