Billing Supervisor
Columbia Community Mental Health is a nonprofit agency and Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic that provides services to individuals with mental, addiction and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities
Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant revenue cycle management in a CCBHC and CMHP clinic setting
Responsible for CCMH’s billing infrastructure and revenue cycle analytics
Demands precision in the design, development, and configuration of the EHR billing system to maximize revenue outcomes
Analyzes and resolves revenue cycle challenges, serving as the primary billing resource for all agency staff
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of behavioral health or medical billing experience (including Medicaid PPS or CCBHC billing)
at least 2 years in a supervisory role within a high-volume billing environment
Preferred
Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
Certification as a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR)
