TECHOHANA is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the optimization and scaling of a lean Salesforce instance within a B2B SaaS environment. This role involves designing, building, and optimizing Salesforce solutions while working closely with a small team.

Responsibilities

Serve as the hands-on Technical Architect for Salesforce, owning solution design and development

Optimize and scale a minimal Salesforce org , improving data model, automation, and overall architecture

Lead Lead-to-Cash design and implementation, including opportunity management, quoting, and revenue workflows

Design and support CPQ solutions (experience with Conga or similar CPQ platforms preferred)

Develop custom Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative automation

Partner with internal teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions

Ensure Salesforce best practices around performance, security, and governor limits

Support deployments, releases, and ongoing system improvements
