Responsibilities

Providing excellent customer service
Contributing to retail sales targets
Maintaining product knowledge to engage with customers effectively
Fostering a welcoming environment that reflects the Lele Sadoughi brand
Supporting in training and guiding team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations in the absence of the General Manager

Qualification

Retail SalesCustomer ServiceCRM ExperienceProduct KnowledgePassion for FashionCommunication SkillsLeadership Skills

Required

Strong background in Retail Sales and proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
Excellent Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to engage and build relationships with clients
Comprehensive Product Knowledge with the ability to educate customers about the brand and products
Outstanding Communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers
Must have availability on some weekends and holidays

Preferred

Experience with CRM and clienteling background preferred
Leadership skills and prior experience in a supervisory or keyholder role is a plus
Passion for fashion and accessories, with a keen eye for detail
