Responsibilities

Makes oxygen/equipment pickup/deliveries to patient’s homes
Reports concerns or need for return visit appropriately
Performs maintenance, preventative maintenance, and repair of equipment in the home per protocols
Picks up equipment in need of repair for evaluation
Assists with inventory control of supplies and equipment
Demonstrates patient/caregiver use of oxygen/equipment per physician orders
Completes daily schedule/assignment sheet
Completes required documentation timely
Performs simple maintenance on vehicles as needed
Performs home safety assessment with equipment set-up
Assists in cleaning equipment according to established guidelines
Performs on-call duties during weekends and holidays

Qualification

Durable medical equipmentOxygen equipment maintenanceValid Kentucky Driver’s LicenseHome safety assessmentEffective communication

Required

High school graduate or equivalent
Valid Kentucky Driver's License

Preferred

Durable medical equipment experience
