IT Services Territory Sales Manager

Svitla Systems is seeking an experienced IT Services Territory Sales Manager to join our growing team in the Bay Area. This role is focused on generating and closing new business with senior decision-makers while driving revenue growth through Svitla’s technology and professional services offerings.

Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, solutioning, and closing
Lead new logo acquisition within assigned territories and industries
Build and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Sell services solutions across assigned geographies to regional, national, and global accounts
Engage executive stakeholders with a consultative, value-driven approach
Apply deep knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes
Anticipate client needs and position Svitla’s long-term technology vision accordingly
Collaborate with internal delivery and leadership teams to drive successful outcomes

Required

5+ years of IT solutions or professional services sales experience
3+ years selling to technology-driven organizations
Proven success selling digital services (cloud, analytics, automation, application modernization), managed services, full IT outsourcing, and application services
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed $8M+ in annual TCV quotas
Experience selling across multiple verticals such as Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Energy, Software, and Product Development
Strong ability to identify opportunities, build compelling value propositions, and close complex deals
Excellent communication skills with confident executive / boardroom presence
Willingness to travel as needed for client and prospect engagement
