Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain AI and Generative AI chatbot solutions using Microsoft Bot Framework, Copilot Studio, and Google CCAI
Build conversational agents integrated with APIs, enterprise systems, and cloud services
Modernize SharePoint 2016 On-Prem applications to Microsoft 365
Develop M365 solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Teams, and Outlook
Implement NLP, prompt engineering, and RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) techniques
Develop GenAI solutions using Azure OpenAI and AWS Bedrock
Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft Graph and enterprise data sources
Monitor chatbot performance using dashboards (e.g., Looker ) and analytics
Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, and government compliance standards
Lead proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives for emerging AI technologies
Collaborate with AI Center of Excellence (CoE) , governance, and cross-functional teams
Prepare technical documentation using Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with Microsoft Bot Framework
Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure Bot Service, Azure AI Search, Azure AI Language, Azure OpenAI
Knowledge of GenAI prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG architectures
Experience with AWS AI services, including AWS Bedrock
Strong programming skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Python
Hands-on experience with M365 and Power Platform
Experience supporting and modernizing SharePoint 2016 On-Prem
Strong API design and integration experience
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
5+ years of overall IT experience
5+ years of .NET development experience
3+ years of AI/Chatbot development (Microsoft Bot Framework or Google CCAI)
2+ years of SharePoint experience
1+ year of Power Platform solution development
Experience working across at least two of the following: Application Development, Middleware, Network Design, Servers & Storage, Database Management, IT Operations
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Preferred
Experience with Google Cloud Contact Center AI
Master's degree
