Responsibilities

Maintain accurate employee records, including hiring, transfers, terminations, and job classification changes
Conduct regular audits of HR data to ensure integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements
Assist with preparation and submission of reports mandated by federal, state, and local agencies
Support HR processes such as onboarding, benefits administration, and policy implementation
Monitor and update HR procedures to align with labor laws and company standards
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
Collaborate with HR team to ensure adherence to compliance standards and internal controls

Required

High School diploma
Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations

3-4 years of HR experience, preferably in a compliance-focused role
