Responsibilities

Manage and develop a team of four finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback
Consolidating and analyzing actual results, forecasts, and business outlook from all plants and non-plant entities and prepare periodic Operations review packages for senior leadership
Work closely with the Director of Operations Finance and other senior managers to provide financial support and strategic insights
Develop and deliver clear, actionable commentary on manufacturing productivity, production costs, output, and the cash flow impact of inventories and capital expenditures
Lead the AMS Operations budgeting and forecasting process, including consolidation and alignment with regional and global targets
Review and monitor operational spend, maintain an effective control environment, and implement countermeasures to address excess spend while ensuring productivity commitments are met
Lead and coordinate the annual recosting process for all AMS plants, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate standards and across plants
Own and support ad-hoc strategic and operational projects as required, driving initiatives that enhance financial performance and operational efficiency

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
10–12 years of progressive experience in Finance, with strong exposure to manufacturing or operations environments
Multi-national experience and consolidation experience across multiple manufacturing sites
Extensive MS Office knowledge, particularly Excel
Experience with ERP and reporting systems such as SAP, SAP SAC, Hyperion
Fluent English communicator (written and verbal) with the ability to interact effectively and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization
Ability to communicate complex business issues in a clear and concise manner and relate to colleagues at all levels and locations
Able to picture 'simple' solutions to complex business scenarios involving multiple systems and accounting disciplines across regions
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task and shift priorities quickly

Preferred
