The role involves owning revenue growth, executing go-to-market plans, driving customer acquisition, and collaborating with international teams on product roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Own optical revenue growth across the United States and deliver revenue targets

Build and execute the US go to market plan with primary focus on cloud and data center wins

Drive new customer acquisition and grow strategic accounts across hyperscalers, OEM and EMS partners

Lead high level technical and commercial engagements including qualification, pricing, and long term volume agreements

Collaborate with R&D, product management and operations teams in China and Vietnam on road maps for 100G to 800G, LPO AOC and NPO solutions

Maintain telecom and broadband coverage including PON opportunities where strategic

Required

Senior level sales leader with 10 plus years B2B experience in optical, datacom, telecom equipment, or data center connectivity

Proven track record owning revenue and closing strategic programs (not just supporting accounts)

Strong experience selling optical transceivers including SFP, SFP plus, QSFP, QSFP DD, OSFP, AOC, LPO AOC, and also PON

Strong customer relationships and an established network across cloud, hyperscale, data center OEM and EMS ecosystems, with the ability to drive engagement and revenue quickly

Understanding of next generation optical directions including NPO, linear pluggables, and CPO evolution paths

Comfortable operating in an international environment with Asia based engineering and manufacturing teams

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Willing to travel across the US and internationally as required
