Responsibilities
Monitor test stand performance using WMA software and analyze FTT and correlation data
Track and report quality issues (QRs, FQAs) and review initial test results from relevant equipment
Champion data-driven root cause analysis for test failures and communicate recurring issues to management for resolution
Conduct monthly reviews of critical test point variable trends and investigate anomalies
Lead process audits, variability reduction, and lean manufacturing initiatives to improve safety, quality, and productivity
Ensure spare parts availability for test systems and support continuous improvement in equipment reliability and process capability
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required
Minimum 5 years of related experience in manufacturing or process engineering
Proven experience with End-of-Line (EOL) testing principles, including leak, NVH, and balance testers
Hands-on experience with WMA/Sciemetric test software and ability to use data for root cause analysis and process improvements
Preferred
bachelor's degree in engineering
