Education
Responsibilities
Conducts complex data analysis and statistical modeling to support district and initiative KPIs, utilizing data science languages such as SQL, R, or Python
Performs quality assurance testing on large-scale data sets to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data used for decision-making and reporting
Develops and maintains automated data processing workflows and reports to improve efficiency and reduce manual data handling errors
Collaborates with cross-functional teams and departments to gather data requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into analytical solutions
Supports the development and reporting of key district KPIs in conjunction with the Manager, other team members, and district leadership
Creates clear, accurate, and accessible data visualizations and reports that communicate complex findings to diverse audiences including administrators, educators, and stakeholders
Assists in project coordination by tracking deliverables, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring timely completion of analytical components
Conducts quantitative analysis on diverse data sources across multiple functional areas to support evidence-based decision making
Performs other related duties as assigned or directed
Qualification
Required
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in education, statistics, mathematics, data science, social sciences, or other related field
Three (3) years of related experience in data analysis, or performance measurement for a combination of education/experience totaling seven (7) years
Experience with statistical software (R)
Large dataset management
Data quality assurance
Preferred
Experience in educational settings or public sector
Master's degree in education, statistics, data science, data analytics, or related field
