The role involves providing desktop support, troubleshooting various technical issues, and ensuring efficient operation of conference calls and mobile devices.

Provide desktop, application, and end-user support
Troubleshoot Windows/Microsoft, networking, and video conferencing issues
Support conference calls, mobile devices, and multiple offices
Work with vendors and document issues in a ticketing system
Qualification
Required
Provide desktop, application, and end-user support
Troubleshoot Windows/Microsoft, networking, and video conferencing issues
Support conference calls, mobile devices, and multiple offices
Work with vendors and document issues in a ticketing system
Strong Windows/Microsoft & network troubleshooting skills (DHCP, Connectivity, DNS, etc.)
Active Directory Understanding (Mapping Drives, Unlocking Accounts, Network Printers)
Knowledge of Intune, WebEx, Teams, Zoom, and Citrix
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Preferred
iOS and MacOS knowledge is helpful
