The role involves supporting warehouse operations, enhancing logistics processes, and ensuring timely delivery of products while managing vendor payments and employee training.

Responsibilities

Orientation and training follow up of new employees and overseeing the workflow of the distribution and warehousing area

Carry on wave orders and replenish materials using the systems (SAP & Exacta) to ensure the distribution line order flow is continuous

Communicate when a shipment is received in the warehouse and coordinate the counting and entry of the product

Maintain KPI to monitor, report and analyze business activity regarding performance of the distribution center in terms of quality, delivery, and cost with the following goals in mind: To ensure that processes are documented and updated as necessary

Follow-up, in daily basis with UPS for Deliveries, claims and In-transit orders (Late, pending/missing information)

Streamline efficiencies

Ensure employees in the various distribution line areas (induction, stocking, pack out, kitting) have the essential supplies and materials to successfully complete their jobs

Create PRs for the vendors according to the invoices received by PMs and Extemporaneous services

Payment follows up with Finances department and reviews the POs pending payment

Evaluating the performance of partners and vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with agreed-upon terms

Tracking receipt compilation file

Lease with third-party vendors in relation to execution of internal office operations regarding vendor selection efficiencies or preference

Follow up on a daily, weekly and monthly basis the KPIs implemented in the workshop

Maintain appropriate stock of office supplies

Report to finance all expenses to be accrued in every close month

Performs all other duties as assigned by the supervisor
