Required

10+ years of experience in general civil litigation or creditors' rights/bankruptcy litigation
Substantial experience in Bankruptcy Litigation, including creditors' rights matters
Experience in representation of lending institutions, equity groups, financial services corporations, equipment lessors, landlords, and real estate developers
Familiarity with both conventional and non-conventional finance relationships
Admitted to and in good standing with the California bar
Submission of a resume, law school transcript, and two or more references
