Responsibilities

Maintain schedules, team calendars, and task/action trackers

Prepare status reports, circulate updates, and collect workstream inputs

Document meetings, decisions, and follow-up actions

Monitor progress against deadlines and surface risks or slippage

Manage RAID and supporting logs

Assist with budget tracking and resource planning

Coordinate vendor and stakeholder communications

Support internal governance activities and reporting

Detail-focused with disciplined task management

Communicates with clarity, especially when chasing deliverables
