UnlockLand is building an AI Operating System for Real Estate Development, enabling developers, investors, and asset managers to optimize real estate projects. The Funds Performance Analyst will support portfolio evaluation, investor reporting, and performance analytics, working closely with investment, product, and engineering teams to track fund performance and build automated dashboards.

Responsibilities

Analyze quarterly and monthly fund performance — including IRR, ROI, NPV, and yield metrics across property portfolios

Develop dashboards and data pipelines that consolidate portfolio performance into actionable insights

Support valuation modeling, benchmarking, and forecasting using UnlockLand’s proprietary analytics tools

Conduct variance analysis between projected and actual returns, identifying key performance drivers

Maintain and refine fund performance models to ensure data accuracy, transparency, and comparability across investment vehicles

Collaborate with the Investor Relations and Finance teams to produce high-quality reports for investors and internal leadership

Prepare fund performance summaries, visual dashboards, and presentations for capital markets partners

Provide analytical support for fundraising, acquisitions, and disposition decisions

Partner with data engineers to automate data ingestion from internal and third-party systems (Yardi, ARGUS, CoStar, etc.)

Enhance internal data governance and ensure consistent financial metrics across business units

Contribute to the evolution of UnlockLand’s AI financial intelligence module by testing new data models and algorithms

Required

3–5 years of experience in investment analysis, fund performance, or financial analytics — ideally within real estate, private equity, or asset management

Strong command of Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)

Understanding of fund structures, capital calls, distributions, and NAV reporting

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a keen attention to detail

A mindset that combines financial discipline with curiosity about technology and automation
