Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor Building Automation Service Technicians. Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure technical proficiency and professional growth
Oversee day-to-day service operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality assurance. Ensure timely and efficient completion of service projects and preventive maintenance activities
Act as a trusted advisor for building automation solutions, providing consultative support and problem-solving expertise. Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement
Drive adherence to safety standards and compliance requirements. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies for continuous improvement
Maintain a solid understanding of Building Automation Systems and related technologies. Support troubleshooting, commissioning, and integration of BAS solutions
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in team leadership or supervisory roles
Strong technical knowledge of Building Automation Systems (HVAC controls, energy management, etc.)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage challenging situations
Experience in service operations, project coordination, and customer interaction
Commitment to safety, quality, and professional development
