Oversees Office Managers to guarantee streamlined operations

Delivers comprehensive operational management direction and guidance to regional offices, particularly focusing on Non-Clinical Staff

Recruits office managers and actively participates in the recruitment process for key office positions

Ensures strict adherence to Dental Care Alliance policies and procedures

Plan and implement programs for obtaining the operational goals and objectives for the region

Ensures compliance with Federal and State laws for dentistry as well as employment and safety

Trains and evaluates office and area managers as a continuous process

Other duties as assigned
