Responsibilities

Ownership of global operations for Corporate Account Management team
Responsiveness internally on Sales Ops deliverables and externally for cross-functional partners
Effective prioritization across workstreams and alignment with manager and sales partners
Be the COO (Chief Operating Officer) to the Corporate specialist team sales leader to accelerate the business
Provide timely sales analytics and narratives including weekly pipeline analysis, forecasting, and sales results
Develop and measure operating plan benchmarks to ladder up to quarterly goals
Support in developing innovative sales motions to drive new and expansion revenue
Continuous identification of opportunities for process efficiency and elimination of manual tasks
Coordinate Quota setting, territory planning, and compensation results
Lead teams to the creation of dashboards for self-service reporting
Manage, mentor, and develop staff and team members
