They are seeking an Office Clerk for Shipping/Receiving to manage inventory, fulfill orders, and support administrative functions for project managers.

Responsibilities

Responsible for inventory management, order fulfillment, document scanning and tracking, and cross-department collaboration

Packing and shipping of items per customer and vendor requirements, managed incoming and outgoing shipments (domestic and international), and supported administrative functions for project managers

Utilized Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems for data entry, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records

Managed inventory tracked items in the MS Dynamics system, and coordinated receiving, packing, and shipping for domestic and international contracts

Scanned, organized, and filed documents; ensured proper documentation for invoicing, FOIA drawings, and payment follow-ups

Utilized MS Dynamics MRP system for data entry, including purchase orders, sales orders, and shipping documentation

Delivered items to vendors, CMCP, and shipping companies; managed stock returns and assisted with procurement through Amazon

Supported project managers with administrative tasks, document preparation, and coordinating quality control

Acted as a certified Public Notary and scheduled shipments to ensure timely delivery

Collaborated across departments to streamline processes and maintain efficiency
