Sr Talent Acquisition Partner--Commercial/Sales

The Sr Talent Acquisition Partner will work with business leaders to develop and execute Talent Acquisition strategies focused on full-cycle recruitment, ensuring compliance with all applicable federal and state laws.

Responsibilities
Oversees full life cycle recruitment and placement activities for exempt and non-exempt hires across multiple businesses
Supports hiring managers throughout the recruiting and on-boarding process related to talent selection, pre-employment screening, and orientation and training
Monitors and reports weekly progress on staffing needs, turnover, succession planning and other TA related issues
Visits colleges, universities, job fairs, and related functions as part of recruiting efforts
Establishes recruiting sources with outside agencies, colleges, technical schools, etc. as needed to fill positions
Delivers a high level of customer service to both internal and external hiring managers and candidates
Posts positions both internally and externally following company practices and policies
Utilize a variety of recruiting resources and successful methods to assist in intentionally driving down time-to-fill and cost per hire
Maintain and strengthen programs and processes – College Outreach and Recruiting, Employee Referrals, Job Posting Procedures, Candidate Sourcing, Applicant Tracking and Metric Reporting
Ensure preparedness for on-site hiring activities including coordination of interview schedules, development of interview guides, submitting candidate expenses and feedback communication to candidates
Offer training for managers on the interview, selection and retention process
Builds and maintains strong, inclusive and trusting relationships with leaders, employees and cross-functional business partners, as well as builds/sustains a brand as a trusted advisor and coach
Supports and creates TA communications and executes corporate strategies, focused on driving a high performing, engaged culture
Acts as the first point of contact for client group to provide recruiting support
Proactively solicits feedback and ideas from employees and managers, as well as analyzes data, and then collaborates with leaders and HR team members to create improvements and generate needed changes (be the 'voice' for employees/candidates)
Develops and leads HR projects as assigned (i.e. Annual Performance Review process, Reductions in Force, etc.)
Manages the creation and process, in collaboration with the HR Assistant and Payroll team, of employee documents such as: offer letters, employee contracts, change documents, files, etc
Assist with benefits administration, leave tracking administration, compensation assessments, audits, Affirmative Action Planning and HR/TA administrative needs
Maintains HRIS/ATS systems as required, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Provides back up assistance to other HR team members, including Front Desk responsibilities as needed
May perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Level of Degree in the Human Resources, Business or related field of study
5 years of demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment
Strong recruiting skills and ability to identify quality candidates
Strong knowledge of all relevant recruiting and employment laws and regulations
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks for timely completion
Understanding of overall recruiting process including time-to-fill, turnover, internal promotion rates, etc
Strong ability to build strong inclusive relationships with all levels of the organization
Ability to identify and problem-solve issues
Demonstrates and adhere to a high degree of confidentiality, lending to a high degree of professionalism and credibility
Ability to adapt and respond to changing work priorities effectively and efficiently, maintaining composure and responding positively to change management
Works collaboratively and cross-functionally in a team environment
Strong relationship-building and networking skills
Ability to research and analyze various different types of data information
Demonstrates the ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced, demanding environment able to manage multiple priorities
Strong project management skills
Must have the ability to make recommendation to effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulation or government law
Proficient in the following computer software applications: Microsoft Office
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to effectively communicate both internally and externally
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Preferred
Experience with Oracle HR information Systems and ATS
