Responsibilities
Partner with the Publishing Manager to understand, prioritize, and execute publishing requests across multiple material types
Produce, edit, and format documents for print and digital distribution using InDesign and Illustrator within a PC-based environment
Prepare PDFs for internal review, incorporate edits and feedback, and manage version control throughout the review process
Maintain organized electronic and hardcopy file systems, including preparing materials for print production and submission to translation vendors
Support the publishing and delivery of both domestic and offshore regulatory documents
Assist with monthly and quarterly updates to factsheets, performance reports, and sales collateral, including review of semi-automated materials in coordination with Quality Control
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and on-time delivery of all materials
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while accommodating shifting priorities and tight deadlines
Provide additional publishing and operational support as needed
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in publishing, production, or a related operational role
Strong working knowledge of PC-based applications, including InDesign, Illustrator, Excel, Word, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office tools
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to independently proof and quality-check work
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills in a deadline-driven environment
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced operational setting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently
