Operations Manager
ECS is seeking an Operations Manager for The Home Standard, a premium recurring home service. The role involves maintaining service quality, training and leading teams, and ensuring operational efficiency in a field-based capacity.

Responsibilities
Maintain a consistent service standard across all visits
Review visit logs and conduct spot quality checks in the field
Run service recovery calmly and professionally
Identify patterns and fix root causes (training, timing, supplies, communication)
Recruit, screen, and hire attendants (frontline service team)
Train and certify attendants using established checklists and modules
Coach performance, correct drift quickly, and protect the standard
Build a small bench so growth does not break quality
Coordinate weekly schedules with the office admin (you do not handle billing or invoicing)
Ensure visits are completed and properly closed out
Handle access issues, timing issues, and operational friction without escalating everything to the owner
Qualification
Required
2+ years in operations or shift leadership managing teams and service standards
Experience coaching frontline staff and enforcing expectations
Organized and documentation-driven (checklists, logs, follow-through)
Reliable transportation + valid driver's license
Comfortable working in and around private homes
Preferred
Training or onboarding experience
Quality control or audit experience
