Confidential company is seeking a Real Estate assistant for Albany and surrounding areas. The role involves providing administrative support, scheduling appointments, and maintaining communication with clients and parties involved in transactions.

Responsibilities
Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
Scheduling appointments
Attending inspections
Installing and picking up signs
Texting/emailing clients and all parties involved in the transaction
Uploading documents into file database
Management of various online databases
Effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone and e-mail at all times
Qualification
Required
High school or equivalent
Real Estate License (Required)
Customer Service: 5 years (Required)
Reliable Transportation
Excellent customer service and communication skills both verbally and through correspondence
Professional business demeanor
Ability to multi-task exercising good organization skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of Albany and surrounding area
Background check and drug test will be required
Must be willing and able to obtain a Georgia Real Estate license (a no compete contract will also be required upon hire)
