Responsibilities

Learn and apply property tax compliance process standards from initiation through completion
Assist with implementation team; set up PTMS, confirm DGI flowthrough of property tax information, administrative items, and assist with client during implementation
Support DGI initiatives and troubleshoot DGI presentation for practice, investigate anomalies and escalate and present action items
Support and communicate with clients regarding return and bill processing questions and client access to systems
Work with a team utilizing effective communication and collaboration skills to achieve common goals that contribute to quality client service, and participate in periodic training, and professional development
Apply skills gained in training to optimize use of tax technology, process or improve quality of deliverables and services provided
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Required

Minimum three years of recent relevant experience
Associate's degree from an accredited college/university or High School diploma equivalent
Effective verbal, written and organizational skills to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and engagement teams; attention to project details, timelines and work ethic to accomplish project assignments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel required
Ability to manage time and multiple assignments based on instructions provided to meet or exceed expectations in a deadline driven environment
