Responsibilities

Lead a team of motivated individuals in the development of an attitude control propulsion subsystem
Lead a team in development of a high profile proposal
Enhance cross discipline product development
Participate in mentorship opportunities and professional development
Be the cost & schedule interface to FBM management and our Navy counterparts

Required

Experience in Engineering Development (SRR/PDR/CDR)
Experience in engineering analysis and/or design
Demonstrated team leadership or prior management experience
You will need to be a US Citizen, and be able to maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information

Preferred

Missile and/or aerospace related education or experience
Experience Satellite or Missile Propulsion
Prior management experience
Experience with FBM processes and products
Demonstrated behaviors of a systems thinker; selects and applies appropriate systems thinking skills to solve very sophisticated problems and implement constructive change
Risk and opportunity experience with an understanding of continuous improvement concepts
Experience in areas of cost analysis, schedule, and risk & opportunity management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated leadership and initiative
