Responsibilities

Assist the government program manager with all aspects of logistics of acquisition and execution by developing and recommending strategies
Gather, analyze, and provide data compiled from a variety of sources in preparation for reviews and meetings
Work independently in the performance of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) analysis for aircraft, airborne weapons, and support equipment programs
Provide technical support and material assessments
Participate in Program Management Reviews (PMRs), ILS reviews, meetings, conferences, and training events (CONUS/OCONUS, in-person and virtual) to perform ILS analysis for FMS cases
Prepare briefing materials, meeting minutes, and provide administrative support; identify ILS issues and recommend solutions
Assess Government-provided spares support lists; recommend adjustments to spares range and depth for customer operations
Analyze NAVAIR and NAVSUP WSS spares projections; provide recommendations to ensure operational coverage for customer countries
Evaluate customer Repair of Repairables (ROR) requirements; develop tailored ROR management plans
Monitor retrograde item returns using Government reports; track repairable status, identify issues, and recommend corrective actions; provide reports as required
Review and analyze foreign technical data; recommend improvements for system performance and readiness
Coordinate facility use for international logistics meetings/workshops supporting NAVAIR enterprise efforts across international programs

Required

U.S. Citizen. An active Secret Security Clearance or Interim Secret Clearance required
Master's degree from an accredited college or university. Allowable substitution: A bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and four (4) years additional work experience in a related field may be substituted for a master's degree or; Six (6) years of additional work experience in a related field may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
At least ten (10) years of work experience in a field related to FMS, logistics, program management, or a technical or business analysis discipline related to acquisition, life cycle management, analysis, or planning
