8+ years expTential Solutions is seeking a Program Manager for ServiceNow HRSD who will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the platform. This role will serve as a liaison between HR, IT, vendors, and stakeholders, translating requirements into actionable user stories and overseeing program delivery.

Responsibilities
Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for ServiceNow HRSD
Act as the primary liaison between HR, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders
Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements across HR functions (HR Ops, Employee Relations, Payroll, Benefits, etc.)
Translate business needs into clear user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria
Drive configuration and enhancement of HRSD modules including:
Case & Knowledge Management
Employee Service Center
Lifecycle Events
HR Integrations
Prioritize backlog and manage demand using Agile/Scrum methodologies
Ensure solutions align with ServiceNow best practices, platform standards, and security policies
Oversee UAT, release planning, and post-production support
Measure success using KPIs such as adoption, resolution time, employee satisfaction, and automation rates
Identify opportunities to improve employee experience through automation and self-service
Qualification
Required
ServiceNow HRSD
3+ years of experience
Program Management Experience
8+ years of experience
Product Management Experience
3+ years of experience
Data Privacy/Data Governance Experience
1+ years of experience
Deep working experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Ability to gather business requirements across multiple levels of the business
Knowledge of Data Privacy/Data Governance
HRSD technologies (Workday, ServiceNow, etc.)
BA or equivalent work experience
Preferred

Elastic Enterprise Search
Lucidworks
PMP Certification preferred
Agile/Scrum Certifications
