Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy synthetic conversational agents for customer self-service, internal agent assistance, and operational intelligence use cases
Build and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs to support conversational workflows and integrations
Develop and optimize conversational flows using Dialogflow CX and ES
Implement prompt engineering strategies to improve LLM response quality, accuracy, and reliability
Leverage Agent Development Kit (ADK) to build, orchestrate, and manage agent behavior
Integrate and manage APIs using Apigee for secure, scalable API lifecycle management
Deploy and operate solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Create and monitor Splunk dashboards for observability, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, UX, compliance, engineering) to deliver high-quality conversational experiences
Ensure solutions meet enterprise security, compliance, and reliability standards , particularly in regulated environments
Qualification
Required
Strong programming experience in Python or Java
Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures
Hands-on experience with Dialogflow CX and/or Dialogflow ES
Experience working in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments
Proven prompt engineering experience for LLM-driven conversational systems
Hands-on experience with Agent Development Kit (ADK)
Experience with API management platforms, preferably Apigee
Experience creating and using Splunk dashboards for monitoring and analytics
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Preferred
Experience in financial services, banking, or fintech environments
Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI applications
Understanding of conversational UX principles and user-centered design
Experience deploying AI systems in regulated or compliance-driven environments
