Responsibilities

Coordinate orthotic and prosthetic purchasing, backorders, returns, warranty devices, patient specific and stock items in the lab

Receive and process all shipping and receiving of packages for Northern California and central fabrication work areas

Maintain current product data in OPIE software for serial numbers, packing slips, shipping information, order history and patient specific orders

Document and track purchase orders and invoices for accuracy and documentation requirements

Act as the laboratory contact person for customer questions and concerns

Consult and communicate with the Fabrication Coordinator for completion of Central Fabrication orders within timelines per POPs policies

Design laboratory materials and stocking process, procedures and organized storage for consistency and quality
