Required

1+ years of experience managing and supporting user-assigned hardware, software, printers, email, and user accounts. Support can be provided via telephone, email, in-person visit, or remotely with remote support tools
Previous experience developing and maintaining documentation pertaining to areas of support, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Advanced knowledge of Windows Desktop Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Suites, PC hardware and software, remote support and VPN, imaging software and Active Directory, and Helpdesk ticketing software, Cherwell
Must have strong troubleshooting abilities for PC related Help Desk tickets
