Responsibilities
Support a busy trademark practice with both U.S. and international matters
Manage renewals/maintenance and track key trademark deadlines
Assist with trademark filings and responses and coordinate with foreign associates
Prepare portfolio updates and client reporting
Review trademark applications and assist with online checks/monitoring as needed
Work from docket reports to interpret deadlines and next steps (no docket maintenance required)
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of trademark paralegal experience
Experience with U.S. and international trademark work and working with foreign associates
Strong attention to detail and deadline management; comfortable interpreting docket reports
Responsive, organized, and able to manage a fast-moving desk
Preferred
law firm experience preferred
