Responsibilities
Build and own core product experiences end-to-end, with a strong focus on AI-powered features and intelligence layers across the full technical stack
Take responsibility for architecture, frontend, backend, integrations, data pipelines, and DevOps, ensuring scalable and maintainable systems
Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate using modern AI development tools to accelerate learning, validate assumptions, and deliver high-quality solutions
Partner closely with company leadership to shape product direction, technical strategy, and roadmap decisions
Establish and apply pragmatic engineering best practices around security, testing, observability, and reliability in a fast-moving environment
Operate with a strong bias toward ownership, clarity, speed, and thoughtful execution while designing simple solutions to complex technical challenges
Qualification
Required
6+ years of hands-on experience building full-stack applications with modern frameworks such as Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, and component libraries like shadcn/ui
Deeply AI-native approach to development, with active use of tools such as Claude, Cursor, Copilot, GPT-4, Replit, or similar is a must
Comfortable working end-to-end across frontend, backend, integrations, and infrastructure
Working knowledge of data security, privacy, and compliance-driven development practices
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical partners
Strong alignment with building inclusive, mission-driven products that improve how people experience work
Preferred
Experience building or contributing to B2B or enterprise-adjacent software products highly preferred
