Responsibilities
This job is responsible for coordinating the product development process from start to finish as a key contributor and implementer of the product vision and roadmap
It will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate work requirements and ensure prioritization of the product backlog to ensure it reflects the most valuable features and stories
It will create and prioritize a product backlog consisting of features and requirements that align with the product’s vision and goals
It will manage the development process, schedule releases, address production issues, and coordinate sprints for 1-2 Product teams
Provides technical guidance throughout the development process
Demos work with stakeholders, actively participate in Scrum meetings and sprints, collaborate closely with solution architects, UX, User Research Team, A/B Testing team, and coordinate with other product owners and scrum masters for cross-functional projects
Experience with Customer Care tools(e.g., for is a must as this role will be focused on enhancing our Customer Care technology
Example tools: Service Now CSM tool, Decagon, Gladly AI
Experience working with Data pipelines is a must – The role will not be building data pipelines, but there is heavy work with Data Engineers to enhance the CARE space
