This role is responsible for bridging business requirements with technical execution to drive financial transformation, ensuring data integrity, and facilitating forecasting and reporting cycles.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain data models, hierarchies, and calculated measures within the Oracle EPM suite
Ensure financial data accuracy while developing custom reporting solutions via Oracle Reports and SmartView
Troubleshoot system errors, liaise with Oracle Support, and provide end-user training
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into system enhancements and change requests
Facilitate monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and reporting cycles

Required

3–5 years of experience with Oracle EPM applications (FCCS, EPBCS, ARCS, PCMCS, etc.)
Proven track record of at least two end-to-end EPM implementations
Deep knowledge of Hyperion Planning, Essbase, SQL, OLAP, and data warehousing concepts
Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong interpersonal communication and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent demands

Preferred

Proficiency with Groovy scripting for Oracle EPM
Experience in the rental equipment industry
Advanced experience in metadata configuration and system documentation
