Chief Executive Officer, Easterseals Northern California
Catalight is seeking a visionary and authentic leader to serve as the Chief Executive Officer of Easterseals Northern California. In this role, you will lead the organization with strategic direction and operational excellence, ensuring sustainable growth and impactful services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities
Define and articulate the long-term vision and corporate strategy in partnership with the Board of Directors, specifically tailored to the dynamic nature of the healthcare services we deliver or need to contemplate within the markets we serve
Lead the organization in developing, implementing, and monitoring annual strategic goals that ensure sustainable growth and mission fulfillment
Ensure that all operational plans, services, and investments are aligned with the company's core values and strategic direction
Tell the company's story effectively to all internal and external stakeholders—including employees, funding sources, and the public—to drive engagement and brand recognition
Establish aggressive yet achievable financial performance expectations and targets for revenue growth, profitability, and return on investment (ROI)
Oversee the development and management of the annual operating budget and capital expenditure plans, ensuring responsible resource allocation and fiscal discipline across the organization
Ensure the integrity of financial reporting and the maintenance of a strong internal control environment
Communicate proactively, transparently, and comprehensively with the Board of Directors on the company's performance, strategy execution, risks, and opportunities
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, funders, and industry leaders
Build, develop, and mentor a diverse, high-caliber leadership team that can execute the strategy effectively
Set the tone for the company culture, promoting accountability, innovation, compliance, and clinical excellence throughout the organization
Oversee talent management initiatives to attract, retain, and develop employees in accordance with the strategic needs of the company
Ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered healthcare services while maintaining strict adherence to all relevant state and federal regulatory and compliance standards
