Responsibilities
Own growth-focused social channels , including X (Twitter), TikTok, and Reddit , with clear conversion goals
Design and execute short-form video experiments (especially TikTok) optimized for crypto discovery and user acquisition
Lead Reddit community seeding and engagement , respecting platform culture and compliance constraints
Plan, execute, and optimize KOL / influencer collaborations , including selection, briefing, tracking, and performance review
Translate US crypto user pain points (compliance, fees, on/off-ramps, trust) into high-converting social content
Work closely with Product, Compliance, and Legal to ensure compliance-safe growth execution
Track and analyze social → registration → activation funnels and iterate based on results
Run small, fast experiments and scale only what proves to convert
Qualification
Required
3+ years of hands-on social media growth experience, preferably in crypto, fintech, or trading platforms
Direct experience operating TikTok and Reddit for user growth (not just planning or support)
Proven experience managing KOL/influencer collaborations with measurable user impact
Strong understanding of US crypto user behavior and regulatory sensitivities
Comfortable with experimentation, ambiguity, and rapid iteration
Able to balance growth velocity with compliance and trust
Preferred
Experience working in US-regulated crypto or fintech environments
Familiarity with referral programs, attribution links, and growth analytics
Previous experience scaling social channels from early to mid-stage
