Responsibilities

Be the client & engagement lead, meeting (primarily digitally) with leads/prospects, through to scoping and closing engagements, along with client management following
Being responsible for the valuations (generally) that you close by using our analyst team and signing your own reports, managing the client relationship from scoping through to final valuation delivery, ensuring the client experience is maintained at a very high standard
The successful candidate will be supported by the company’s infrastructure: from director level strategy, to a team of analysts they will oversee and work with for valuation execution of reports they sign, marketing, finance and operational assistance, so their focus is primarily on their role of increasing sales as an accredited appraiser
Collaborate with an entrepreneurial team of partners and staff. Representing the brand to existing clients, as well as developing new relationships to win new business
The position is fully remote, with the only travel requirements being when commercially logical to attend events and/or clients in order to grow the client base and increase revenue, where you will work with the Partners to initiate business development activities such as participation in various networks, marketing events, webinars, and training. For any potential travel, the majority of the time you will pitch to the Partners travel idea X if/when you wish, for their approval
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and ensure that InteleK remains at the forefront of the industry
Working collaboratively with our whole team, including assisting as we continue to build and improve our sales and valuation execution tech stack

Required

Appraisal accreditation i.e. ASA, ABV, CVA, CBA
You value the benefits of working remotely (we are fully remote), while still enjoy ‘in-person' to generate business
A preference for relationships, communication and business development (~60% of this role), over only executing and/or defending opinions of value (~40%)
Either an existing book of business and relationships, OR can present a clear documented business plan + cash flow forecasts on how you will achieve this with us
Experience in your area of valuation to that of an expert
Digitally native at all levels, from Google Workspace to managing various IT & AI platforms/tools
Desire to generate business and dominate your local area as an accredited appraiser
Driven to develop new business where you like/want a compensation structure directly linked to this performance as a formula (i.e. not subjective), paid quarterly
Candidates are required to be permanently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred

Expertise in PPA, intangibles and/or fairness opinions is not required however would be looked upon favorably
