Responsibilities
Support the U.S. Investment Sales team with day-to-day analytical and operational tasks
Perform a US Investor Meeting audit to ensure accurate tracking of investor profiles and acquisition criteria in AY’s internal databases, including its AI-enabled investor platform
Maintain and update internal databases and tracking tools
Provide ad hoc Broker Opinion of Value and Offering Memorandum support in connection with active investment sales assignments
Collect and analyze market and property-level data to support pitch materials and ongoing initiatives
Participate in team meetings and contribute to special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated desire to work in the Commercial Real Estate
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Familiarity with, and interest in, AI and emerging technologies
Strong oral and written communications skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
Must be an outgoing self-starter
Strong knowledge of PC, Windows, Internet Applications and Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work 30 hours per week
