Administrative Assistant
Human Quality - HQP is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily administrative and operational activities in their Houston office. This role is key in ensuring smooth internal processes and effective documentation management while coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative and office support to ensure efficient operations
Manage incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence
Coordinate schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and internal logistics
Organize and maintain physical and digital documentation
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
Support billing, collections, and payment-related processes as required
Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, purchases, and inventory
Assist visitors, clients, and external partners when needed
Collaborate with internal teams to support cross-functional administrative needs
Ensure compliance with U.S. administrative and documentation requirements
Qualification
Required
High School diploma
2–3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles
Fluent English
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Familiarity with office management tools and digital filing systems
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
High level of discretion, confidentiality, and attention to detail
Proactive, service-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree
